- Compensation

- Intellectual Property

- Confidentiality

- Termination

- Independent Contractor
Artist is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. Therefore, the Company is not responsible for taxes, insurance, or benefits typically associated with employment.
- Liability
The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability related to the creation, distribution, or use of the tutorial videos. Artist agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or disputes related to the tutorial videos.
